Gains On A Budget: A Penny Pinchers Guide

Weight Loss Guide, Synthetic Slave Logo

How can you pack on around twenty pounds of muscle in eight weeks ? High intensity training, Dbol and FOOD. You MUST eat to grow. I am going to lay it out for you. It’s not rocket science. Gains on a budget: a penny pinchers guide…grab your gym bag, some Dbol and a fork.

HIT

High intensity training…HIT. You are going to work your whole body in one workout, three times a week. You will be doing slow reps with very strict form…meaning you need to know what you’re doing in the gym. Your warm up will be your first few reps of your working weight. If you’re not comfortable with this, do one warm up set with half the working weight, slow movements and strict form.

When you first arrive, spend 3  – 5 minutes on the elliptical or treadmill to get your blood flowing. You are not doing a warm up set or you are only doing one warm up set because you need every ounce of energy you can muster for this type of workout. The body responds to stimuli. You are going to kill each body part with one or two sets of each exercise. You must step up, visualize your best, and throw that bitch up for an intense 8-12 reps.

You will hit the back and legs with two exercises and the chest, arms and delts with one exercise…working the whole body three times a week. This intensity takes more discipline than hitting the gym daily. You will be in the gym for a fast, very intense twenty to thirty minutes. Leave the cell phone in the car, bring your focus and get ready to work!!

Your body will only be able to handle this type of training for 4-6 weeks. But grow, you will.

Dbol/Dianabol

Dbol…of all the steroids, this one will give you the most bang for your buck. It is an oral steroid and despite a bad reputation, is less toxic on the liver than daily beer drinking and taking a lot of tylenol. At around a dollar a piece, for about $80 you will be set…sometimes you can find them cheaper than this. The sweet spot is 25 to 35 mgs per day. Try and split the dosage up during the day, or some will take the whole dose an hour or two before the gym…you can try both and see what works for you best.

After about 5 – 6 days, you will start to notice very fast strength gains and intense pumps…some get a euphoric feeling of well being. The strength gains are amazing as time progresses. Take 25 to 35 mgs per day for 8 weeks. Get some Clomid and start about 4 days after cycle is over, take 100mg per day for 10 days, then take 50mg per day for the next 10 days.

A lot of people will say you will lose everything you gain, shortly after your Dbol cycle is over…not true. If you EAT…and lift heavy and get rest and recovery, muscle tissue will be built. You will lose some water weight but if you lose every pound you gained, then you didn’t do something right, during and or post cycle. After your cycle you must continue eating and lifting…your HIT training will be over but you still must progressively over load your muscles in the gym.

FOOD…EAT IT

This is the most over looked component to successfully putting on muscle mass…bar none. You must eat to grow…period. Shakes can aid a heavy calorie, heavy lifting program…but there are no tricks. Remember, this is big gains on a budget…we’re talking about ground beef, whole eggs, oats, whole milk, sweet potatoes, real butter. If you can afford avocados and almonds for more healthy fats, all the better.

If you are carrying a lot of body fat (above 15%), lose it…then come back to this. For most of you around the 130 – 180 lb range…a sample diet would look like this.

Meal One – 5 whole eggs, toast with lots of real butter or a bowl of oatmeal and a glass of whole milk.

Meal Two – 1/2 lb ground beef, cup of rice or sweet potato with real butter.

Meal Three – Glass of whole milk, eggs and bacon or 1 box of mac n cheese (use your imagination…just get those calories!!)

Meal Four – 1/2 lb ground beef or steak/chicken if affordable, bowl of oatmeal and a salad.

Meal Five – Homemade weight gain shake (example) Whole milk, raw eggs (yes, it’s safe), peanut butter, oats, cottage cheese and a banana…that’s around 700 – 900 calories. (putting the budget in gains on a budget) (Just make sure you are eating above your maintenance calorie level. Body weight multiplied by 14 and 17, average the two and eat above that by at least 300 calories)

That’s it guys. Follow this and you will blow the f##k up. Remember, stay very strict on your form…25 – 35 mgs per day and EAT and SLEEP.

If you are under 23 years old and still developing, skip the Dbol…EAT BIG and LIFT HEAVY and you will gain the same amount of weight with your testosterone levels being maxed. But if your jaw line is set, you’re to the max height you are going to grow and are filled out, then you are good to go.

If you are in your late 30’s and up…watch your hormones with this…at the least, get a hormone panel done after your 8 weeks…preferably before you start this program also. Make sure your testosterone levels are normal and everything has returned to normal.

Would running a little testosterone with this net better results…yes, but a successful cycle can be run as laid out here…remember, this is about big gains on a budget.

This routine is not for the meek. You need to have been in the gym for a while for this. Know your body, know your exercises and know good form. It will be impossible NOT to grow with this, so hang on and have fun.
